Enlarged General Council in Rome: 18 - 29 July 2011

14 Sisters gathered in Rome to look at our progress on the path to reorganization.

We listened, shared data, synthesized, offered possibilities – all the time discerning the need to passionately respond to mission today …


This of course meant hearing what the sisters had sent in and looking at where we are on mission today, in the light of the reality of who we are. We thought of ways of becoming better informed of our reality and finding ways to think of the congregation as a whole. We spoke of structures that could be changed and set ourselves tasks that will continue to involve all the sisters in this ongoing process.
