Prayer intentions - 11/2021

Prayer Intentions of the Pope

Each month the Pope invites all members of the Church to pray for particular needs. This month the Prayer Intentions of the Pope are:

NOVEMBER

Universal intention - People who suffer from depression

We pray that people who suffer from depression or burn-out will find support and a light that opens them up to life.

Needs of the Church, the Congregation and the world

Join with us in praying for the needs of the Church, the Congregation and the world, in particular for:

ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL DAYS

10 November - World Science Day for Peace and Development

14 November - World Diabetes Day

16 November - International Day for Tolerance

20 November - Universal Children’s Day

25 November - International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women

Let us continue to remember in our prayers:

§  Elderly people who are living alone and who are abandoned by their families.

§  Caregivers and family members who devote their lives to the care and wellbeing of the elderly.

§  All those who assist our elderly sisters by their prayers and their services.

§  All those suffering from COVID-19, especially our sisters and members of their families who are affected.

§  The people of Afghanistan suffering from violence and oppression.

§  Refugees from Afghanistan, especially those settling into new situations

§  Our sisters, our loved ones and our benefactors who have died recently.
