Let us pray that we may experience the sacrament of reconciliation with renewed depth, to taste the infinite mercy of God.
Join with us in praying for the needs of the Church, the Congregation and the world, in particular for:

8 March International Women's Day
20 March International Day of Happiness
21 March International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

SMSM INTENTIONS:
We remember our Sisters celebrating their Diamond Jubilees, and thank God for their daring, their commitment and their fidelity:
60 years
09 March 1961 Sr Agnes Anne Mary WILCOX USA
09 March 1961 Sr Joyce Ann EDELMANN USA
09 March 1961 Sr Mary Alexia STREICHER USA
Let us continue to remember in our prayers:
§ Our call to live our vocation with daring.
§ Young women who are discerning their vocations to be smsm.
§ Our postulants and novices and their formators.
§ SMSM who dare to serve in isolated and lonely missions.
§ Our sick sisters and members of our families who have health problems.
§ Our sisters and our loved ones who have died recently.
§ All those suffering from Covid-19, and those who dare to risk their own health to minister to them.
In his message for Lent 2021, Pope Francis encourages us:
In Lent, may we be increasingly concerned with “speaking words of comfort, strength, consolation and encouragement, and not words that demean, sadden, anger or show scorn”(Fratelli Tutti, 223).
In order to give hope to others, it is sometimes enough simply to be kind, to be “willing to set everything else aside in order to show interest, to give the gift of a smile, to speak a word of encouragement, to listen amid general indifference”(ibid., 224).
