“Over 13,000 people took part in the London Legal Walk on 17 June to raise funds for free legal aid for refugees and asylum seekers in the United Kingdom.
It is a sponsored walk with many organisations, like Notre Dame Refugee Centre, Jesuit Refugee services, and legal offices taking part.
This year it was an inter congregational effort too!
To date, Notre Dame has raised over £7000 for legal aid for those who cannot afford legal costs for their immigration applications.”
