On 6 January 2007, after completing their novitiate, six young women made their first vows as Missionary Sisters of the Society of Mary. Soon after, they set out on their first mission assignments:
Sr Malia Tomoko Mahe (from Tonga) to the Philippines
Sr Michelle de Silva (from Trinidad) to the province of America Latina
Sr Sofia Afoa (from Samoa) to study in Fiji
Sr Sr Sonia Tulili (from Vanuatu) to Vanuatu
Sr Telesia Filiaga (from Wallis) to the province of Eur-Africa
Sr Teukeuke Roota (from Kiribati) to the Solomon Islands
