On Sunday 24th August 2008, the new Provincial team for the AustralianProvince was commissioned during a Mass celebrated by Fr. Kevin Stewart sm.
The team of Sr. Jennifer Clarke, Provincial, Sr. Marilyn Farley from Australia, Sr. Lusia Tuimavave from Samoa and Sr. Louise Runne from Papua New Guinea were called forth to gather at the candle used during the Provincial Chapter as all present sang the Magnificat. Then each one was blessed by one of the Sisters present, and finally all present prayed a prayer of blessing for the team.
