Sr M Ludeline Concemino Paterno recently left her homeland in the Philippines where she had been the head teacher in Notre Dame of Maitum High School in Southern Mindanao.
She has volunteered for the new mission in Tanzania. After arriving there, she will spend some months learning Kiswahili before beginning to teach in Shinyanga diocese.
Sr Telesia Masei, originally from Futuna, has taught in mission schools in Vanuatu, and Futuna. She was a member of the staff of the maison d’accueil in Mont Mou, New Caledonia.
She has now set out from Oceania to accept a new assignment as a teacher in the high school in Butare, Rwanda.
